Utilize Your Device for Stud and Magnetic Field Detection. Easily identify wood studs concealed behind walls, drywall, plasterboard, or stucco.

The Wall Stud Magnetic Detector app utilizes your device's compass (magnetometer) sensor to accurately locate metal studs, nails, screws, and other metal fixtures embedded within all wooden wall studs.

This application functions similarly to traditional handheld stud detector tools: as you glide the device along the wall, the needle will react and produce an audible alert.

The compass sensor detects subtle variations in the ambient magnetic fields caused by the conductive metal fixtures present in all wooden studs.
